Dibellan Prelude: Inside Rkung Zel

Langwen the Wood Elf and Darena the Nord were grateful for the hospitality that they received from Lagasha gra Lagul the beautiful female Orc. She led her two guests inside and then closed the massive door with one swipe of her hand. This clearly unnerved Darena and Langwen as the door was almost as thick as they were, which meant Lagasha was massively powerful, even for an Orc. As the door's massive locks and latches slid into place by themselves, Langwen and Darena looked around to see that the fortress has been arranged as a massive and comfortable, if rather austere dwelling...the very stones radiating warmth as Darena took a deep breath and allowed herself to relax, speaking in her melodious Nordic voice:

"-My beloved Langwen, this look very warm and inviting for a place rumored to be haunted and cursed. I, finally, feel safe knowing we have arrived at our destination and that we have succeeded where others have failed...finding the reclusive author Numen Nescio...HERSELF." Darena said as she gazed lovingly at her new wife and then at the beautiful curvy but hulking Orsimer. Langwen's lips curved into a smile and she was about to start giggling as Lagash interrupted:

"-Well, I see my secret is out. The Order of Immaculate Chastity prefers to be away from prying eyes as well as venomous rumors, so this deeply isolated fortress was ideal for me to continue my research, prayers and meditation in peace. But the greater secret, ladies is that I actually did commission an Imperial female to write the book...as I dictated every word to her. Publishing it anonymously was another inspired thing to do as no one would've believed an Orc could from words, much less dictate an entire book." Lagasha Gra Lagul said as she eyed up and down the newly married couple, who looked at each other, skeptical at first of the story but open-minded...or perhaps simply polite enough to listen to them. Lagasha smiled and shoed her beautiful pearly white teeth and tusks. Langwen went then and paced around, thinking very hard what to say next. Saying nothing would make it appear she was skeptical, stupid or contemptuous of her host, but saying too much could appear as too nosy and a busybody. She settled on praising Dibella's holy name and asking a simple, straightforward question:

 "-Praise be to Dibella for leading us here safely and unharmed. If I may ask, what exactly is the Order of Immaculate Chastity? Most scholars thought it superstitious non-sense, and most libraries had very little evidence it existed." Langwen asked as Lagasha's eyes lit up with excitement at the prospect of telling the full story to two worthy and true worshippers of Dibella, rather than just some emotionless cynical writers looking for materials. She had wanted to tell the old stores for so long but could not find a worthy and trusting soul until now...when Dibella Herself sent her two.

"-First, ladies, let us undress, bathe, pray...and eat. We shall discuss it over delicious food and drink like civilized people. True worshippers of Dibella must take pride in everything they do and own especially their bodies. I'm afraid I must insist ladies." Lagasha said...not that she need prodding as she could see in Darena and Langwen's eyes they were looking for reason to be naked themselves, rather than leave the nudity to the Orsimer herself.
