Tired Bosmer: Blood Scourge Barrow/Sosskahstaag

Exhausted to the point of passing out after running from the Thalmor, Langwen the Wood Elf nonetheless took it as a matter of pride that she would bathe and wash herself daily, despite whatever hardships a life...a lifetime...or an eternity...on the run meant for her. She knew the Goddess Dibella watched over her no matter where she was.

This was captured the day after the assassination of High Chancellor Ocato in 4E10, ten years after the Oblivion Crisis. The assassins' blades missed Langwen's heart and neck by mere inches, Praise Be The Nine Divines.

With her amazing speed, levitation, and mastery of magic, mysticism and the arcane, Langwen ran so fast, she did not stop running until she felt her heart and legs about to give out, by which time she was already deep into the magnificent, beautiful and harsh Nordic land of Skyrim, home of the Nords. A journey which would take weeks, or over a month had been done in a mere hour. She finally reached her destination, a part of Skyrim that was totally isolated and uninhabited, lost to the ages, it seems. Using her magical mastery of fire she melted enough snow until she made a small pond in which she could bathe, cleanse and rejuvenate herself, before using bread, berries and honey to make herself a simple, but nutritious and delicious, pie meal.

The massive Nordic ruin was perfectly intact and as deep underground as the ancient Nord builders could dig. Sosskahstaag it was called, according to Langwen's knowledge of glyphs and runes carved into the door lintel... Blood Scourge Barrow. Langwen ate and then headed straight for bed, her energy exhausted at last.
